Merrick provided Michele, who cared for my dad for over four years. She worked seven days per week with him. As his condition deterioriated, she did everything for him--bathing, dressing, changing diapers, food prep and feeding, housekeeping, and taking him to medical appointments, because I live several states away. No one could have cared for him more lovingly. The few times she had to be away Merrick jumped in with subsitutes promptly. If you need a senior aide in the West Palm Beach area, I strongly recommend Michele G.

My mother aide was not vaccinated and gave her Covid 19. She became very sick. They do not test employees on a regular basis and do not require them to be vaccinated.

My father has majorly turned around with the consistent compassionate care provided by his aides from Merrick Nurse Registry. My father needs 24/7 live-in assistance and the caregivers are always competent, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy. They assist my dad with daily acts of living including but not limited to showering, cooking, laundry and light cleaning. The Merrick team is responsive to the needs of our dad, which gives our family peace of mind. Also, Marie and Phyllis are always available by phone to answer my questions and are extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this organization. I highly recommend them for excellent care and support for any family with a loved who needs care.
