My mother who needs 24 hour care was scheduled to have a caregiver 4 days of 8 hours each so I (her daughter) could work. The caregiver was late by 1/2 hour one day and a no show on 2 other days. Her supervisior, Alicia, only wanted me to talk directly to her and not to the aide. I called her only on the two no show days and she got someone to cover. Those are the only 2 times I ever called her. She was very rude each time I talked to her. She called me once to scold me because the regular aide and I exchanged phone numbers. She said if there was an emergency the aide would call her and she would call me and that I was never to give or receive calls from the aide. The last time I called about the no show, she contacted the company Carewell Service which hired her agency and lied and said I called all day every day complaining and they would no longer care for my invalid mother as of that day because of me. None of the aids had a problem with me and said it was well known about Alicia's attitude and lies. Because of this, I am losing my job because I have to stay with my mother 24 hours per day. I do not recommend this company and any cost. Please take care of your loved ones by avoiding this agency.
