Loved Ones Honored Home Care has a mission to maintain and improve the quality of life of the elders and individuals with disabilities in our community. Maintaining aspects of independence while staying in the environment they have developed over the years is our goal. Loved Ones Honored Home Care is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse.
We provide personal care assistance but our goal is to offer interventions to prevent the need for a higher level of care. At the start of service you and your familyidentify a problem with a goal for the client and we develop a plan to meet your goal. We provide transportation, errands, hospital visits, companionship, home health aide, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal delivery and preparation. <br/>Our Registered Nurses complete supervisory visits every 2-4 weeks and are here to be your advocate.
