A few negative things I read about the director, which sadly are confirmed in my experience. There was really only 2 teachers I had a great experience with, Ms Theresa and Ms Jewels - but I was there a short time so I didn't meet many. My son was home for 3 years during the pandemic with me, this was his very first experience being around other kids, in a school, away from me. He was working with an OT and an EI support, to support him in the adjustment and learning to interact with peers. He definitely struggled; he wasn't eating or sleeping, we also moved, and he was adjusting to being away from me for the very first time. Huge changes for such a little person. I communicated this with them daily upon drop-off, pick-up and in the tadpoles app, letting them know how little he ate or how little he slept so they were aware. The very first two days he was there a total of maybe 6 hours. I received a long, disrespectfully written email from the director about my "son's aggression". When I got there and spoke with the teachers, they stated repeatedly they did not see any aggression, but he was behind a kid on a slide, was counting and pushed him - in an effort to play with the child. Nobody was hurt. All of the things early intervention tried to implement to help my son transition, they failed to do. Another situation arose where a student had been biting my son for a couple weeks. Completely normal toddler behavior. A few teeth marks were there so I brought it up to Kelly - She stated that "that student is just affectionate".. just confused why my son was labeled aggressive immediately for normal toddler behavior, but others aren't even addressed. So I let that go. Another situation quickly arose in which my son told me that his teacher hit him. Another teacher there confirmed this to be true. Kelly stated - in the most disrespectful tone I've ever heard "I'm not buying it" and yanked my son's shirt up then preceded to speak about the negatives about my son. The irony of this was within a week we received a mass email that that teacher was no longer with KCC, no 2 weeks announced, no replacement teacher announced, the kids were never told. I was refused to watch the footage when I asked, instead she said she'd review it on her own. My son never even had a full week there. The lack of mental stability among the staff is also concerning - again, I didn't meet many, and 1 or 2 were great.. but hearing teachers unable to handle normal toddler behavior or understand normal transition/development, is concerning. Teachers should not be crying and walking out because a child hits or throws a block. There was many mornings I walked in to children huddled around the ipad watching cocomelon and blippi, which is not what any parent is sending their child to school to do. The children who spent their entire lives in the pandemic have a lot to work on and adjust to in this world now.. and any support and understanding should be provided - especially by the people whose jobs are to do SOLELY that. My son told me every morning that he was "sad at school", and as a mother, that's heartbreaking to hear. I did speak with a handful of other parents who had a horrendous experience as well. Don't expect emails to be answered, you have to send multiple. Don't expect for support or understanding in children who are adjusting and just beginning their daycare careers, and definitely don't expect communication or a positive attitude from Kelly. The way I was spoken to was disgusting. Coming back days later to talk to me how I should've been spoken to on day one doesn't cancel out the disrespect received. The bucks EI staff also recommended I look elsewhere, before we even started, but this was the only place with an opening. Overall, just a terrible experience and a blessing that we are no longer there. Please avoid this daycare if your child is new to daycare and interaction with peers, also if they need any extra support, or "look different" than their classmates. Disrespectful and degrading treatment, and a complete mistake to send my son there.

This facility is full of very nasty and judgemental people. Worked there for a while and would catch them talking crap on children's parents right in front of them.
They would force people to come in sick even if it meant infecting your kids so they could make an extra dollar. Definitely do not recommend.
