I have had Karen come to clean my house twice so far. She is extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. I tried other cleaning services and they surface clean. Karen was cleaning my walls with a magic eraser, took down my vent in the bathroom to clean it, and even cleaned some mold on the ceiling in my shower! These are the details I was looking for in a cleaner. She is also flexible and was able to squeeze me in when my in-laws were coming into town last minute.
