We have been using Home Instead services for some time now. We are very pleased with their services & care. Everyone from the admin staff to the care givers are kind, caring & professional. They provide us with a caregiver for every shift requested & the aide arrives on time & provides excellent care. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our family has been using Home Instead Bethlehem since last October when our dad was in lockdown due to COVID at a senior residence. Now in hospice and confined to his bed, he needs 24-hour care. The caregivers work in 12-hour shifts and there is never a gap in service. They support each other as well as our family, and keep everything running smoothly. We have had a family member present every day, and as we have gotten to know them, our confidence in leaving dad to their care has grown immensely.

Our dad is alert and they treat him with respect and humor. They have shared their seasoned wisdom in how to care for someone in hospice. Dad had a pressure wound that the caregivers' regular turning and attention has helped to heal, which the hospice nurse said is very rare.

The Home Instead caregivers are well-trained, COVID vaccinated, and respect masking, which we appreciate. The supervisors check in everyday and chat with dad; they are very responsive to us and make sure any new instructions are disseminated to all the caregivers. We depend on Home Instead and they came through for us and for our dad.
