We provide private home care services to elderly, disabled, or convalescingindividuals in need of in-home care (any where they call home) and their family, including persons: <br/> <br/> Who have been discharged from the hospital but is not fully recovered or has a condition that needs monitoring (e.g., surgery, heart attack, stroke, and more). <br/> Who have a chronic condition and requires care until he/she has stabilized (e.g., heart/lung diseases, diabetes, and more). <br/>Recently diagnosed with a disease and needs education about the illness and help coping with it (e.g., high blood pressure, and more). <br/>Who is being hospitalized repeatedly or is experiencing prolonged hospital stays. <br/>Who is in the final stages of an incurable or terminal disease. <br/>Such as a family who is caring for an elderly, disabled or a family member that needs education or additional support. <br/>Who is not capable of functioning independently on their own that needs help with activities of daily living (ADL's) and requires watchful oversight/supervision. <br/> <br/>Services <br/> <br/>Our services include personal care, companionship, and nursing services. <br/> <br/>Service Area <br/> <br/>We cover the following counties: Clayton, Dekalb, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Cowetta. <br/> <br/>With Us, YOU are in Control <br/> <br/>We find the right fit for your or your loved one by matching caregiver to client.
