We are a local Orange County company created with the mission of creating healthy active lifestyles for kids, getting them away from screens, and getting them active outdoors!
Our youth-focused fitness programs help kids gain confidence, knowledge, and habits that allow them to fall in love with fitness and build a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives. We work hard to make sure our classes are inclusive, professional, and fun for all our athletes, regardless of background or abilities/ sports experience. We offer a wide variety of kids' fitness programs, from personal training to cardio & strength focused fitness classes, kid's yoga, and traditional sports training like baseball, soccer, and tennis.
Our educational programs help children develop beneficial ways of dealing with stress and emotions through physical activity, and explore different aspects of fitness and sports!
