We warmly welcome you to Discovery Day Care of Morrisville. State license number CER-00019260. To the staff at Discovery Day Care of Morrisville (DDC), each child is unique and wonderful. We strive to provide them with stimulating, creative, and safe quality care, so that you have peace of mind while they are away from you.

Jacqueline, DDC's director, has been educated and worked in early childhood education, education research, and child psychology for over 19 years. Jacqueline and DDC's loving staff are First Aid and CPR certified.

STATE-LICENSED CHILD DAY CARE FACILITY

DDC is regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (PDPW), Office of Children Youth and Families. The DDC facility meets and exceeds all Fire Safety regulations through the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. All efforts have been made to enhance the environment for the children's care and safety. DDC will be monitored by the PDPW with random inspections for compliancy.

At DDC, admissions, the provisions of services, and referrals of clients shall be made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.

PHILOSOPHY

DDC believes that play is the most valuable form of learning for all young children. Each child will be provided with a secure, happy environment where he or she may grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually at his or her rate of development. The children are encouraged to explore, discover, create, and invent. Through many diverse activities, the children will experience joyful individual growth.
