Sonia was wonderful to my mother when she was at a very difficult point in her life.  She visited my mom herself and offered wonderful home care.  She acted immediately to an emergency situation and made follow up calls during a crisis time for someone in real need, until the crisis abated. I would recommend Sonia to anyone.  There are not many people in this industry who would respond as quickly and as caringly.

For the past 8 months, CCS has provided much needed home health care services for our father. Lately, this care has been around the clock, involving 5 wonderful and caring CNAs. We are truely grateful to each CNA for their professionalism, patience, good humor and compassionate care of our father. They have given us much comfort knowing that our father is being well taken care of. He has enjoyed their help and support. They have also been a great help to family members as we ensure our father's stay at home. Sonia, the owner, has worked closely with the family to ensure consistent coverage and to address any questions we have. She understands the issues we are dealing with and maintains frequent communication with us to ensure things are going well. I've been impressed by the cadre of qualified CNAs that Sonia has sent to provide home health care services. We have been very fortunate to have CCS to care for our father these past many months. It's the best decision we made!

Beware beware beware!!!! I had only had CNA's from this agency a few days and the serious problems started. The first CNA that came to my home yelled at me and was very disrespectful. She even walked out to her car on my 4 hour shift to get her gym clothes and cahanged them in my home. I called the state agency about it and they said is is not allowed and that it was a reportable event. She was also very arragant towards me. She also was on her personal cell phone many times. She even lied about something I didn't even ask her to do for me. Her boss Sonja did absolutely nothing about her behavior in my home. The next CNA that is sent also lied. Was very slow. and did not listen. I had to repeat many times and she still did it wrong, did not listen. Sonja the owner called me just a few hours before an aide was due at my home and said she would not be coming to my home today. Sonja signed a biding contact and did not abide by the contract to send an aide everyday for 4 hours a day. This is a reportable event according to the state. I will also call the state and report this. I strongly advise you don't use this agency for yourself or any loved one. Sonja did not care if she signed a biding contract to send an CNA to my home or not. She doesn't take her position serious to care for sick clients. Sonja wasn't a bit worried about me being without an aide. I will report her agency on Monday to the state of Maryland. Beware beware beware!!!!

This is an amazing company. They were referred by a pastor I know and he was spot on! They took loving, competent round-the-clock care of my terminally ill sister. She adored her CNAs and they went the extra mile to help me with household tasks while she slept. Their rates were very competitive with no surprises. I would use them again and recommend them to EVERYBODY.
