CVHC is a non-medical home care provider that offers the service of Caregivers who are licensed, bonded and insured. The company and all the Caregiver are in compliance with state laws, are signed on to the Home Care Services Bureau. All Caregivers must pass all phases of the extensive training process. We have a training facility where they are given hands on training, lectured and tested by the Director of Home Care who Certified in Advanced Alzheimer's and Dementia Care who has 15 years of experience in Caregiving, Assessments, Recruiting, and much more. The Caregiver Curriculum was put together by herself and with the Company's Senior Consultant Louise Bobrow, BS, RN, CTN who has served in several different clinical and managerial capacities in the home care field. She personally developed teaching materials and provided classroom training for certified personal care aides and home health aides, annually tested PCA's, HHA's, and CNA's for their competencies in order for them to maintain their State Certifications, and evaluated patients conditions and needs in order to develop individual care plans for the aides to follow. She also personally supervised and evaluated the care provided by the PCA's, HHA's and CNA's in patient homes. We are committed to getting to know and respect each caregiver which allows the best possible matching our Clients with. We are available 24/7 and specialize in providing our Caregivers specialized training in whatever each client is requesting. on top of the required phases they go through. We have teamed up with the Braille Institute also working with people with physical disabilities including our Veterans. CVHC takes pride in providing our Clients trustworthy, loyal, confident, professional Caregivers that are looking to play a huge role in a persons Quality of life. We provide (free of charge), a portal for the Clients and their loved ones to access to be more involved in the Plan of care and keeps them up to date to review any changes in the care plan, review the Caregivers daily notes, and offer any ideas that may be of benefit to themselves or their loved ones Quality of Care.… Read more
