About
Hello, my name is Steff. I have 18 + years working with children and child development and now offer home Montessori style school for children, ages 2 to 6. My purpose is to create an environment where children will grow in peace and discover the world on their own. The classroom is a carefully prepared environment that is supplied with new and high quality Montessori and traditional learning materials. Children learn practical life skills , develop their sensory experience , receive stable basics in language and math. The program is designed to provide a quality vs quantity education, nutrition and social emotional support of the child and also includes time for play and rest. My care includes offering of very healthy snacks and meals that include a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I can also accommodate vegetarian diets. I am fully background checked and insured. I am also certified in pediatric First-Aid and CPR-AED. Since July, 2018, I am certified in AMI (American Montessori Internationale) for students 2.5-6.5 year of age. All the activities I am qualified to do in English and Bulgarian languages, and basics in Spanish.
