How are we different from other home care companies? Care Connect Solutions (CCS) helps to provide in-home care for our clients. We provide independent contractors for our clients. Our clients are able to choose who they prefer for their Activities of Daily Living. Being able to choose this companion allows home care to be more affordable and comfortable because the client and companion have the option of negotiating the hourly pay rate or flat rate. CCS provides services to people with disabilities not limited tobut including: children, respite care, seniors, specializing in dementia, Alzheimer, and animal care, and we cater our services to fit our clients' needs. We are excited to be the only home care company in the area that offers driver assistance programs for when patients are discharged from a healthcare facility (express coordination of care from facility to clients home) doctors appointments, pharmacy pick-up and delivery, dentist appointments, grocery shopping, leisure and so much more.
