Horrible. Carla is very unprofessional. She assignes the aides to patients. I've had more than 6 aides in 1 month. Only 2 actually knew what they were doing. One of them had the audacity to ask me to pick up a burger for her, she made no attempt to give me money. I've been without an aide on at least 5 occasions in a month. No courtesy call from Carla....stranded! Do NOT hire this agency. Horrible, just horrible!

very unprofessional walked in to get info to take care of my grandmother i was greeted by a lady ripping a paper and throwing the cut up paper in the face of a worker. then a home maker walks in and confronts the owner and tells her that she owed her hours the owner turn around in front of me still not acknowledge me and told the homemaker and said to bad be lucky she had a job because she had to no licences so i just turned around and left A BIG NO NO !!!!!!!!
