All care is overseen by an RN who will be on-callto you 24/7 to answer questions or concerns. Our aides and healthcare providers are trained in our offices and then trained again to the client's specific care on-site if the need is there. We work WITH you to come up with the appropriate care for your loved one. BrightStar Care does not have any minimum hours and we guarantee compatibility. We recognize that having someone in with your loved one is a difficult thing for most folks so we appreciate communication.
