*Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, oral care, toileting, transferring, serving meals, shopping, light housekeeping, and driving.
*Companionship.
*Helping maintain a positive outlook.
*Implementing prescribed orders and treatments.
*Assisted Living and In-Home Aid Placements.
*Respite Care.
*Veteran's Program (Aid and Attendance Benefit).

LEADERSHIP INVOLVED:
The ownership team is fully involved in the complete care process. We do not hire others to communicate our message, but instead rely on those that care most, the ownership team and our caregivers. From care assessments to visiting our clients we are there every step of the way.
INCENTIVE PAY AND AWARDS:
We believe that our caregivers should not just get paid for clocking in and clocking out, but instead we provide a bonus pay structure for those that perform best for our clients. Employees that are punctual, consistent in care, and received positive feedback from their clients can receive up to a 20% bonus.
HELPING VETERANS:
At no charge our team of Accredited VA Benefits Agents will work with you and your family to complete the application forms for you and submit them on your behalf. The VA Pension can provide 15 to 30 hours of care. The process for care is sped up.

My experience with Brighten Care has been fantastic. I needed an aide/driver who could take my mom and dad to doctor's visits as they live in an assisted living facility. The aide/driver needed to have patience and skill in order to help my mom who has Parkinson's get in/out of the vehicle and also accommodate taking my dad who wanted to attend my mom's PT or needed a checkup himself. Not only did they find a very caring individual, Diana, right away, they took time to have her meet my parents prior to the first appointment so my parents would be comfortable with her when she came. They used her five times in July and everything went really quite well and my parents loved having Diana.

Brighten Care really came through for me. I was in a time crunch and happened to be from out of town so I could not help my Dad as much as I would like.
My Dad received companionship care and help around the house for 25 hours a week. He always looked forward to his caregiver's visit.

My Dad unexpectedly passed away a month ago. He had been caring for my Mom with a little help from the rest of the family. Mom has advanced Parkinson's so she needs 24 hour care in order to stay in her home. From the start, it was clear that Brighten Care was only interested in doing what Mom wanted and what was best for her. They sat with us for hours, explaining the process, without any pressure to sign-up! It was like having good personal friends who just also happened to own a home care agency. Great company! Great people!

They did an excellent job for our family. There care and understanding to our situation put us at ease. My Mom was satisfied with the care and always had a caregiver that was always happy to assist her no matter what was requested. Most importantly she always felt empowered and in control of her own life and household.
