Hi my name is Katrina Wade and I have been been a licensed group-home childcare provider for over 8 years. I have my associates in Early Childhood Development and work with my assistants to provide a comprehensive learning curriculum. I also take part in "Handwriting Without Tears", the same program used by the Oakland County school districts.
I believe in a loving, warm atmosphere where a child's happiness and love for learning comes first.
We provide many fine motor and gross motor activities. Here at Blue Skies and Butterflies children enjoy artwork, building with blocks, sorting, dramatic and outdoor play, as well as reading, singing, and learning about nutrition. We strive to ensure your child is completely ready for Kindergarten, academically and socially.
Meals are provided free of cost because we take part in the Food Program.
Hours are 7 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. Registration fee applies, $50 per child.
Spots are available now, call (248) 514-4861 for more information regarding tuition and vacation rates, as well as any other questions you may have. We have 1 wonderful, loving golden retriever and 1 yorkshire terrier mix. They are not allowed in the daycare. When you call, ask to speak with Miss Trina!
