Follow through is NOT one if their strong points this is a copy of the message I finally sent them after I had had,enough. I brought my OWN attendant and they STILL couldn't get it together!

OK, I see that THIS is going to NOT WORK...
1) I left a message which HAS YET to be responded to;
2) The LAST time my attendant called she was told by WHOEVER it was she needed to "practice" on the time system.. The system IS NOT WORKING, I tried it myself;
3) I took FOREVER to get things switched over;
What IS apparent that YOUR company NEED to "practice". There are a TONE of agencies out there and frankly I don't know WHAT you THINK sets yours apart but I can tell you it ISN'T speed of service or following through... So, let me tell YOU how THIS is going to go; I am sending a copy of this to my caseworker and I am going to DROP YOUR AGENCY. Next, I'm going on to various sites and FILET your company. I am tired of having to step in to mediate what SHOULD be a no brainer. You OBVIOUSLY take these cases and the government provided funds provided by them for granted; That being said you DON'T deserve them.
So I'm going to help you remember that it is a CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. One that IS competative, meaning you NEED to put a modicum of EFFORT into them. Maybe the next case that falls into your lap you will treat as a PRIVILEGE. Do share this with your office manager and owner.

I had trouble with providers they either did not come . Or they left early I called the office several rimes and was always told we will put an add in the Paper in 3 months they should have hired several I give the 2 stars because of Brianna and the wonderful floater. ,
