I would not recommend this agency for yourself or a loved one. It is a very small agency with approximately 8 to 10 Caregivers. The owner, Sandra, is herself one of the caregivers. On the occasions when she herself worked for me, she would constantly be on the phone texting and reading her messages. The last time she worked with me, she was being too rough with me and was very cold and unfriendly in her attitude. This is not what you would expect from the owner of a caregiving agency much less a caregiver. She wants to get in and out of the job as fast as possible. She, as well as two of her other caregivers have arrived at my home smelling like marijuana. On quite a few occasions when one of the other caregivers working for me has called in sick or can't make it for whatever reason, there is no one able to fill in. I've had quite a few occasions of no-shows where I had to reach out to her to find out what is going on. There are miscommunication issues between her, the caregivers, and the clients.
