Absolute health professionals was there for my Mom when I couldn't be. I am so grateful to Suzanne and her staff, When my Mom all of a sudden couldn't take care of herself I had no idea what to do or how to go about doing it. All I knew at that time was I couldn't give up everything that I had going on in my life with my job, my own kids and grandkids, husband etc to take care of my Mom Like she needed to be cared for, I called Absolute and what started out as just looking for answers and information they sprung into action and took the whole burden off of me and my family. There were so many options available for my Mom, they had a supervisor come out right away to meet with us in person and we were able to customize her care, pick the hours that were perfect for when she would need the most amount of help and keep her independent enough at the same time to where she didn't feel like she was a patient. And the blessing is I got to keep my mother/ daughter relationship as a mother /daughter relationship instead of turning into her caretaker. They took care of all that for me, we would just show up have a great time with my Mom and we knew everything was taken care of and she was safe. My mom's house was neat and tidy, her meals were freshly made so we knew she was eating well, They would take her out to sit by the water which is some thing that she loves and also grocery shopping. They kept her busy, occupied and very happy. They do offer 24/7 care which we will be using when we go out of town or things change with my Mom. In the meantime we couldn't be happier, My Mom couldn't be happier and now she has a permanent caregiver through them and my Mom looks so forward to when she comes that she starts clapping when she walks in the door. One of the best parts is they keep in contact with us about any changes and updates. I would highly recommend them and my very picky husband says that when his parents get to this point He would use them also. That says a lot.
