A Graceful Life, LLC (AGL) is a Licensed adult family home, under Wisconsin Administrative code HSS 88, to serve up to 4 adults 18 years or older, with developmental disabilities, emotionally disturbed/mental illness, advanced age, traumatic brain injury, behavioral, physically disabled, stroke, Alzheimer's/dementia, terminally ill, AODA, and correctional clients. The staff of AGL will be trained to work with the client groups listed above. The owner/administrator has an extensive background working with eachclient group. AGL will offer respite care services if there is space available within the home at the time of need. The home is located at 3930 N. 70th St. Milwaukee, WI 53216 and apart of the Dineen park community, providing nearby access to community activities and services. The home is made up of three bedrooms two of which are on the lower level of the home and the last bedroom on the second level of the home. The bathroom is equipped with handrails and grab bars. We have one shared room on the second level of the home and two private rooms on the main level of the home. The home is equipped for ambulatory residents with a living area and eat in kitchen area. There is extra storage space and laundry area in a clean and spacious basement. The owners of A Graceful Life, LLC has over 10 years ogroups.
