Ive completed over 100 hours of elementary volunteering. Specifically Kinder-3rd grade. I can create lesson plans and a guideline of learning. Currently learning in depth experience of Montessori learning with my own daughter. I am very flexible with teaching methods but students feelings and personality drives my direction.
