$15 – 20/hr
First time parents with a dad who works at home are looking for either
1) Part-time nanny in mornings and 2-3 afternoons (23-27 hours)
2) Full-time nanny (32 hours) if mom gets a teaching job, probably topped at $15/hr
We're seriously considering daycares because of budget, but thought we'd love this up if the right person sees it. Baby is 6 weeks on 8/6, and mom goes back to work at a school the next week whether or not she's a teacher. Flexible to start a little earlier if needed to lock someone in, or a little later with dad taking some time off. Newborn experience is a must. You don't need to be a baby whisperer, but be knowledgeable, and still flexible with parent preferences. And hopefully like cats and music.
