We are a busy family of 6 with children ages 15, 12, 10, & 6. We are looking for someone to assist with reoccurring transportation needs to and from school and activities and occasional childcare in our home. We can be flexible with your schedule and happy to work around your school, work, family, or other life commitments to find a schedule that accommodates both our needs and meets your desired number of hours. We are happy to discuss a position with someone who only wants to do the transportation or childcare piece or someone who would like to do both. We can set up a reoccurring weekly schedule or vary it week to week if that is preferred. We live in Dexter and our kids go to school in Ypsilanti. Most of the driving would be between Dexter and Ypsilanti. We are looking for someone that can make a 5-15 hr a week commitment.

Nanny/House Manager/Personal Assistant We are looking for a full time nanny/house manager/personal assistant for long term. I have 2 boys ages 3 and 1. While my 3-year-old goes to daycare everyday, I would only need care for my youngest one. The job would also include taking care of the house, laundry, organizing, taking the kids to their extra curricular activities and sometimes meal prepping. Work hours would be 7am-5 p.m. from Monday through Friday. If we find the right candidate I'm willing to pay up to $24/hr plus 2 hours OT pay.

I'm looking for companion care for my husband in his 30s who has terminal brain cancer. He is having changes in his cognitive function and requires closer supervision. I am looking for someone to provide supervision and companionship when I am at work. He has difficulty assessing his own symptoms and may require assistance with medication (training will be provided). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Assistance with light housework as able would be appreciated. Schedule may be flexible week by week, but most consistent needs are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

We are looking for a nanny for our 2 children at our home in Dexter. We have a 6yo in distance learning. The school will not be the nanny's responsibility, but keeping our child aware of the time so she makes it to her meetings and providing positive encouragement to complete her daily work will be greatly appreciated. Our 2-year-old is very adventurous and friendly. Her sense of adventure can require some redirection, so she will keep one on their toes, but she is also very amiable. Both girls are independent and they work best with a nanny who uses calm positivity and redirection to help the day move along smoothly. We have 2 kittens who have free reign of our basement, but don't have free reign of the rest of the home. The may need assistance returning the kitties to the basement during the day, after snuggles and playing.

We are looking for help caring for our two active kids (ages 1 and 5) for 10-40 hours per week while my husband and I are working from home. Our ideal match will watch, play, and develop enriching activities for the kids (both inside and outside), assist with some online learning for the 5-year-old (though my husband and I will do the bulk of it), and help with light housekeeping (e. g., picking up toys, vacuuming, dusting on the main floor) and meal preparation.

Looking for strong outgoing person to help out my family esp. my MIL who is confined to wheelchair. Patient is upbeat and happy to watch tv, color, or sit outside in garden. A kind, upbeat, good conversationalist is a plus. We would prefer the caregiver be extra careful and also not travel to many other homes because of covid. Stroke survivor with no use of right side, currently 1 person assist. Expressive aphasia, so need an experienced/patient person to be able to communicate well with her. She needs help getting out of bed, toileting, dressing etc. I am currently taking care of her, and not only do I need a break, I have a 10 yr old son, husband and 3 small dogs that need my attention too. Looking for a good fit we can feel comfortable leaving for a day here and there, as well as a few mornings, and or bedtime if the need comes up.
