About Zuri

Hello! My name is Zuri, and I recently graduated from William H. Turner Technical Arts High School. I am currently attending Miami Dade College, majoring in Early Childhood Education, with the goal of becoming a kindergarten teacher. My passion for working with children grew through my experience at Touching Miami with Love, an after-school and summer program. I have 2 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids. I am CPR and First Aid certified, patient, nurturing, responsible, and creative. I enjoy keeping children engaged through reading, arts and crafts, educational games, and outdoor activities. I can also assist with homework, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported!
