I am a dedicated wellness professional with a passion for supporting the health, mobility, and emotional well-being of senior citizens. With experience in gentle movement, stretching, and holistic wellness practices, I create safe, nurturing environments that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life. I believe aging should be met with dignity, compassion, and joyful movement, and I am committed to helping seniors feel supported, seen, and empowered. I provide companionship, meal prepping and light house keeping. I am looking for a flexible position as I do have a 7-year-old that is home schooled.
