About Zuriela

Zuri is a dedicated mother to a homeschooled 7-year-old, a small business owner, and a passionate advocate for community wellness. She started and operates a wellness studio focused on mindful movement and holistic care, while also working at the YMCA supporting health and fitness for all ages. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers in her church's children's program, where she enjoys nurturing creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being in young minds. Her life's work is rooted in service, balance, and building healthy communities. I am CPR certified.
