Zully has been taking care of our 2yr old twins for almost a 1yr she has been a great part of our family she is really caring and responsible she makes sure to keep the twins in a routine and really active, We are so grateful to have her take care our kids and knowing that they are in great hands.

She’s always reliable and dependable. She’s good with kids and so sweet. 

Back in 2019, I was getting ready to deploy (I’m in the military) and was looking for someone to help my wife and 2 kids while I was going to be away for more than 6 months. It’s not easy trying to find someone you can trust with your family while you’re gone. We decided to give care.com a try and came across Zully. We ended up hiring her and she ended up becoming a part of the family. At the time our kids were 2 and 4. She does it all, from grocery shopping or any type of shopping, bathing the kids, taking them to school, helping them with homework, doing laundry, washing dishes, entertaining through kids activities, to cooking. Our kids are older and we still call on her to help out for date nights when we need someone to look after the kids. Hands down recommend. We took the risk in 2019 and it couldn’t have worked out better. 

I LOVE Zully! And my kids love her too. She knows great spots to take the kids, she is great at home with them as well. I love that she can also anticipate my needs as a busy parent. I don’t ever have to tell her to do anything extra, she just goes way above and beyond. She is very thoughtful and adds a ton of value to my family. I hate to have to share her but I know every family needs a Zully in their life ! 

Misleading. I posted an ad with detailed information of my scheduling needs. Additionally, I specifically mentioned my scheduling needs and the pay rate during the phone interview. She enthusiastically agreed and reassured me that she had 2 other relatives that would help make sure to cover shifts that she couldn't do herself. We made an agreement that this was a good fit and that I would send her my address shortly after. She knew I needed someone to start 2 days later. The next morning I texted her the information and I heard nothing back from her until the next day. She responded that she had changed her mind and that I wasn't offering her enough hours and to contact her if I could give more. Do not get tricked by this person. Empty promises, unreliable, untrustworthy. Now I am concerned because she has my address and parking information. 

Zully helps our family during the week as a mother's helper. She is such a pleasure. She is dependable, punctual, responsible, and does little extra nice things for my son and our family on top of what she helps us with. We truly got lucky finding her.

Zully from the start will always ask you what you want and need and as a friend of mine she is someone I can rely on when needed , my niece comes from out of town every summer and when I have to work late hours she is someone I call on and of course my niece loves her company. She makes sure she washed up and ready for bed and always feed . If wanting someone to help out with even house choirs she will do that too but she loves kids and it shows with my niece !

I had confidence in her initially because she has experience caring for children both in her extended family and in the medical setting, but what's great is how friendly, open and approachable she is. My often-shy toddler took to her very quickly and my infant quieted down in her arms within seconds. She took note of my older one's interests and engaged her in a favorite activity the second day she came over. I am thankful we found her so soon after beginning our search and I will be recommending her to parents in our church and daycare.
