Ana has worked for our family for 2+ years, as a full-time nanny to our son. She began as his nanny when he was an infant and I returned to work full-time. Ana is patient and caring; she was wonderful with our son when he was an infant, and continues to be wonderful for him as a toddler. She helped us with all of his major milestones...eating solid foods, walking, talking, and many more. She keeps him engaged every single day, whether they are going to the park, to the pool, to the library, or just playing at the house. We are a no-TV household, and she never parks him in front of the TV while she relaxes. He is an incredibly energetic child and she is with him every step of the way. She has become like a member of the family, and we are sad to let her go, but our son is entering preschool. Ana is an incredible nanny and any family would be lucky to have her!
