Hello! I have been helping with childcare professionally for five years now. I am responsible, meticulous, caring, and passionate about kids thriving. I have some college credits and I am working on my Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Social Work associates Degrees. I am also trained in CPR. I enjoy playing with your kids and engaging in the activities that interest them. I am more than willing to provide regular updates through written daily reports, text, or phone calls, and always do my best to follow your preferred communication method. I am happy to help with up keeping daily routines, homework/tutor help, children's activities, school pickup and more. I speak English and can hold conversation in Spanish. I look forward to seeing if I can be the right fit for your family.
Oz is a reliable and professional caregiver whom I've had the pleasure of working with for nearly a decade. They started baby sitting for us when our now teen was just a toddler so my partner and I could go on ocasional date nights. They helped with dinner and bedtime routines. My son always report back having a great time with Oz. They would play with blocks, read stories, make forts, and make art. My kid wasn't a fan of group settings with kids outside of school and were so fortunate that Oz was able to continue working with us as during most school amd summer breaks. Even though Oz is young and friendly with children, they maintain a certain level of boundaries and professionalism that is hard to find nowadays. My older son has outgrown the need for a caregiver but still needs to be driven around for sports and practices. My youngest son is much more social and prefers camps and clubs but they also enjoy their time with Oz. He says he likes that Oz asks for his input when planning activities and that they don't baby him or ignore him. I love that Oz keeps me informed if any issues arise while they are in the care of my son. I have watched Oz grow up and I can confidently state that they are the most passionate person I've met when it comes to doing right by and honoring children as individuals. I've seen them interact with children of all ages, including those with special needs and I am always blown away by their level of care and patience. Thank you, Oz for helping F. And J. grow into confident young men. The children and families that get to work with you are so fortunate to have you!!!
