I've volunteered with children with special needs, assisting with surf programs and leading creative art activities. Through this, I've developed patience, adaptability, and a calm, encouraging approach that helps each child feel confident and understood. I believe every child learns differently, and I take an adaptive approach to support their individual needs and learning style. I focus on creating a collaborative, engaging environment where learning feels natural and fun.
