I've spent the past 5 years caring for children of all ages, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. My passion for childcare stems from my own positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for nurturing and educating young minds. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building trust with parents, so I make sure to keep them regularly updated on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls. I also respect and follow the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle but firm manner. I understand the importance of consistency and boundaries in a child's life, and I work closely with parents to ensure that we are on the same page when it comes to discipline.
