Open and regular communication with parents is crucial, and I ensure that I follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls, to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in setting clear boundaries for children. My approach to playtime is varied and engaging, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
