I am a grounded, creative extrovert who loves engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. My background includes mothering to a three and 1-year-old. I have been a yoga teacher for the last decade and have dedicated myself to health and wellness. Health is wealth in my family. I hold CPR Training and am fully prepared to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I am an over-communicator who adapts to your preferred style to ensure we are always aligned. I am also extremely comfortable enforcing your household rules to provide consistent support for your parenting goals.
