As a loving individual with years of experience working with children of all ages, I am passionate about nurturing young minds. Raising my two wonderful children has been one of my greatest joys, and I am incredibly proud of them. My 4. 5-year-old grandson is a testament to the joy of caring for children. For the past four years, I have worked full-time as a nanny for multiple families in LA. I also have over 20 years of part-time experience as a babysitter and caregiver. My love for children comes from their precious, innocent, and wonderfully unpredictable nature. Every day, I discover something new about each child I care for. I believe children are our future, and it is our responsibility to raise them to be kind and forward-thinking. Besides my childcare skills, I am a great cook and maintain a tidy household. Zina's tasks consisted of transporting our now 11 year old son to and from his various after school activities and cooking dinner. She did so much more. She anticipates what the family might need and does it without being prompted. If there is clothes in the dryer, she takes it out, folds out and puts it away. She keeps herself busy. She doesn't just sit if there. When we eat dinner, she waits for us to finish so that she can wash the dishes. In the meantime, she tidies the kitchen, organizes a drawer/pantry. When we have dinner using pre-packaged meals, she supplements with additional vegetables or protein to improve the meal. I have had a dozen helpers since my son was born, (at least 6 that lasted less than 2 weeks and 4 that lasted at least a year). I have also interviewed dozens more. Zina was by far the best. She is intelligent, industrious, thoughtful, and caring. She is also a great cook. We were lucky to have her for more than 2 years.
