Zianna was on time and even though seemed a little shy on the phone, was very friendly when she showed up to our house. I would have given her 5 stars if the kids would have been in bed when we got home at 11pm and not so wet, but for a first time experience, they were happy when we got there! My son (3) told me he had a great time with her so that's enough to make any parent happy:)
