Zhanna was very kind, loving and patient with my son (2). She talked to him constantly at a time when he was having a lot of speech development, and the 1 on 1 attention really helped him learn. She also went out of her way to keep our house tidy (even though that wasn’t part of the job description). She even cooked extra food for my whole family a few times just to be kind. She was extremely reliable and trustworthy (literally never late!). Highly recommended.
