I have a degree in Child Development and over 10 years of professional experience working with children of all ages, from newborns and infants to toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. My background includes early childhood education, private childcare, and specialized experience working with children with special needs. I spent three years working with children with autism using ABA-based methods, supporting communication, behavior, daily living skills, independence, and social-emotional development. I also have extensive newborn and infant experience, including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, developmental activities, and caring for multiple children. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, patient, dependable, attentive, and nurturing. I genuinely love working with children and believe in providing a safe, warm, structured environment while respecting each child's individual needs, personality, and strengths.
