Cheerful and methodical in her work, but not very reliable with scheduling. She took a long vacation with little notice, returned for one week, then cancelled the day before our next appointment. When I asked why she needed to cancel, she said that she just wanted more time for herself and that she would come once every two weeks. Unfortunately, I still need someone who can come weekly and her unapologetic attitude toward cancellation made me uncomfortable depending on her. She said I was her first independent client so I expect she is still figuring out her business.
