Hello! I'm a compassionate dependable and patient caregiver with over 10 years of hand on caregiving experience and 2 years of case management experience. Throughout my caregiving career, I have supported seniors and adults with a wide range of daily care needs. My experience includes personal care mobility assistance , meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, daily routines, safety and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. My two years if case management experience I have also given me a strong understanding of care planning, coordinating services, communicating with families and healthcare professionals following individualized care plans, and advocating for needs and well- being of the people I support. I treat every person witj dignity, kindness, patient and respect. My goal is to provide dependable care while helping each person feel safe, comfortable and valued.
