As a LPN my background allows me to provide comprehensive support, including medical management, mobility assistance, and respite care. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. Respecting independence is paramount when connecting with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented.
