My mom liked Celmy (Zelmira) the best out of all the caretakers she had. Celmy really knows how to connect with people, really deeply bonded with and cared for my mom, and helped us a lot through this process. We ended up having to put my mom in a facility because of stairs and the loss of our night person, but homecare during the day with Celmy was the best.
