I'm a yoga teacher with a background in social work who brings a calm, nurturing, and mindful approach to childcare. I can keep up with active teens or sit quietly and read with a toddler. My warm, grounding energy helps children feel safe and supported. I'm consistent and firm when needed, and my training in trauma-informed collaborative problem solving helps me resolve conflicts while validating each child's emotions. I love encouraging creativity and curiosity through play, art, and exploration. Outside of childcare, I enjoy painting, yoga, running, meditation, reading, cooking, gardening, traveled, and learning about other cultures.
