About Zekiye

I'm passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. I have a Master's in Refugee Care and began senior care in June 2023, enjoying building meaningful relationships with seniors, whether they communicate verbally or in other ways. I've traveled to over 50 countries and enjoyed meeting new people and learning from different cultures. I bring compassion, empathy, adaptability, and a touch of humor to every interaction. I provide respite care, run errands, take clients to appointments, do light housekeeping, prepare meals, offer companionship, and help seniors stay active by walking with them. I value connecting with each person in ways that are meaningful to them and have enjoyed sharing and hearing stories and wisdom. In my free time, I enjoy nature walks, caring for my goats and chickens, collecting eggs, picking vegetables, and working on my poetry book.
