About Zeeba
Experience: 4 yrs
I am currently a 4th year psychology student at UCLA! Because of my passion for working with kids, I plan on applying for Clinical Psychology PhD programs with a developmental focus in the hopes of becoming a child psychologist. Currently at UCLA I am apart of the language and cognitive development lab where we study children's language acquisition in different language environments, the CALMA Lab where we provide a mindfulness intervention to teenagers, and a student intern at the Megan E. Daly Infant Development Program where I serve as a caretaker for infants 0-3 years of age. At IDP, we follow the Resources of Educarers (RIE) philosophy in which we focus on respectful caregiving relationship-based interactions with infants in order to promote autonomy and exploration. I also have experience working with neurodivergent children as a camp counselor at a ASD and ADHD social skills camp in Vermont! Some fun facts: I love playing the guitar and my favorite food is sushi!

Zeeba was the first nanny we had ever hired and we could not have been happier! She was so sweet, patient and responsive to/with our 10month old daughter. Her calm and nurturing demeanor put us all at ease. She is very punctual, a great communicator, can maintain a routine well and found creative ways to engage our baby. She is moving out of the area otherwise we would continue working with her. Our daughter was excited to spend each day with Zeeba and we will miss her. Highly recommend!
