Howdy! My name is Zarred (or "Z") and I would love to be your nanny! I've had the pleasure of working with children ranging in age from 2 months to 15 years; with 5 full time Nanny positions and 1 full time homeschool instructing position in the last 11 years. While most of my experience is with toddlers and infants, I don't shy away from school ages! Academic enrichment is a huge part of my childcare style in any age group I care for. I currently homeschool my toddler and due to this I am only providing care in my home at this time. I know leaving your little ones can be stressful so to ease the anxiety I provide daily sheets detailing their entire day all the way down to potty breaks, as well as a mid day check in with a picture and brief description of how their day is going. I hired Z several years ago, but seeing her account active again I thought I'd leave a review anyway. Z came to work for me when my twins were about three weeks old and my oldest child was four. I had to go back to work early and unexpectedly so I was super nervous especially with my newborns being so little and my oldest being special needs, but this girly came to the rescue and loved my kids like only family could! I could not recommend her more. My oldest has downs and my twins both had respiratory problems but Z never had acted like she ever had a problem with it and even did some really cool academic things with my oldest. By the time I was ready to be a stay at home mom after a year or so of having Z my oldest was saying the whole alphabet where she used to only be able to say her name. I wish I could have pocketed Z and kept her with my kids always!
