I found Zarrea on this site last summer to nanny my newborn and care for my 3 year old through the summer and she worked with us through Jan. 2023. She is first an absolute sweetheart, a bright young lady who knows how to connect with babies and young children. I'm very particular and structured and Zarrea was able to pick up on my preferences because she's very observant. She implemented a routine for my baby, helped to sleep train her at nap time and taught her key milestones that even I wasn't working on in my off time. My baby wouldn't be as far along as she is in development if not for Zarrea. She talks and sings to babies throughout the day to enhance language development, actually gets down on the floor to play and uses crafts to keep little ones engaged. If not for the tech layoffs and major financial shifts in my company I would still have her supporting my family but had to adjust my household to the recession. I'm happy to recommend her and hope families in need hire her!
