I currently work as an instructional assistant in public schools: working directly with children in classrooms, aiding in their learning. I've spent the last year teaching scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia! Before that, I was teaching Marine Biology and scuba diving to kids 10-17 on Catalina Island! In the past I have also been a full-time nanny for two boys (3 & 4) for 9 months. I watched them for 9-12 hours a day 5 days a week. I made all meals, created daily activities lists for them to choose from, bathed them, read to them, and put them down for naps and bedtime. I was in charge of all household chores and also the general organization of the house.
