About Zanura

Working with individuals with special needs has been one of the most fulfilling and meaningful experiences of my life. I feel truly connected to the people I support, and helping them navigate daily life is something I consider both an honor and a responsibility. I am a patient and kind person, and I take great joy in caring for others. My main responsibilities have included teaching individuals how to choose and put together outfits, helping with personal hygiene routines like brushing teeth and getting ready for day programs or outings, such as trips to the movies. I also assist with daily bathing, supervise during meals, and engage in everyday activities that build trust and connection. This work can be challenging at times, but it's incredibly rewarding. It has taught me resilience, empathy, and the true meaning of care. I wouldn't change it for the world.
