AVOID! She seemed pleasant enough in phone screens and in-person meeting where she committed to a schedule starting less than 48 hours later. Her scheduled time came and went and she was a no-show without any call/text and left my mother without care. We tried calling and texting but she completely ghosted us. Totally unprofessional. Do not trust her.
